The hotel is located in a great area near all the favorite midtown activities, Times Square, and 3rd/5th avenue shops, Central Park, and New York for Christmas festivals. the rooms are clean and spacious with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a large bathroom. the staff members are understanding and the check-in process is quick with the option for a late check-out. Additionally, the wifi is very good.

The Hotel is well positioned to explore the ciy of New York, Its in walking distance from the shoping area.
The hotel is going now through a process of renoveation in the loby area and breakfest doining room. in addition the street below makes alot of noice that can be heard in the room, so make sure to select a high floor and not with window facing te main st.

We went there with a child of nearly 2 years old. She slept in a baby cot (baby cots are very small all over the States!!) The room is rather small too but as you spend your time outside it isn't that important. The views from the roo were not nice but again.. You just sleep in the room because you are all the they exploring ny. The location is very good. You are at walking distance from the Empire State building & broadway. And its a safe location!
Tthe views from the room.

The hotel is ideally located in midtown, making it a convenient choice for exploring all the favorite midtown activities. It's also just a short walk to Grand Central Station, allowing for easy transportation throughout the city. The rooms are comfortable, with bright lighting and a small fridge and coffee maker. The hotel provides a restaurant and bar, and there is a bathtub in the bathroom. Furthermore, they offer baggage service and wifi.
Some of the staff interactions were unprofessional and could be improved.

We arrived early, around 1pm and check in wasn't until 4, but they had our room ready and allowed us to check in early. The staff was professional and courteous and the rooms were well appointed. The location of this hotel was excellent. We were only about a 15 minute walk from times square and other attractions.
The room was nice, but rather small.

supposed to have gone through a 24 million renovation, but didn't see it - some areas fairly run down in some areas such as chairs in lounge, carpet in stairs to downstairs.

We liked the hotel, however one feature on my reservation stated by Booked.net was a fireplace in our suite. Our suite did not have one and when questioning that and showing the staff my confirmation they told me the $1400 per night suites had that feature.
